EC House is the product of a process that began with a needs analysis for a custom-built living space. The owners' daily routines shaped the plan directly; rooms were sized for use, not for show.
Interior materials were supplied through our own building-products store. Having one team responsible from selection to installation shortened the schedule and guaranteed the quality of the detailing.
