Designed by PIN Architects, Taşkesik House is a site-driven home defined by exposed concrete surfaces, deep eaves and its relationship with the landscape. The building steps down its sloping plot; the pool and terraces work as natural extensions of the interior.
Exposed concrete is an unforgiving material for the builder: formwork, pouring and curing must all be done right the first time. The facades of Taşkesik House are that discipline made visible, which is why this project represents us on our home page.
